This is a racial boon, you cannot spend BP on the 1st level of it. It can only be obtained by being the race required.

Requirements: Dwarf Race

You have a much more sturdy and compact build than other races.

Level 1. You have gain 1 additional hit point each level.

Level 2. While wearing heavy armor you have 1 additional DR.

Level 3. While wielding a shield you have a +1 bonus to block rolls.
