Voidling

This is Beyond the Void content.

Voidlings are creatures born from the void, as their name would suggest. They are shapeshifters that have (for the most part) successfully integrated themselves into other societies, though rumors of creatures that stalk the night and kidnap children have prevented them from being open about their existence. A voidling's true form is that of an amorphous mass of matter, vaguely resembling the night sky in appearance. 

Some voidlings may be born directly from in the void, falling through a spacial rift, however, some may have used to be a member of another race, transformed by exposure to the alien forces of the void.
