Observer

Requirements: None

You are naturally observant, making you less prone to surprises.

Level 1. You have a +1 bonus on rolls to notice sneak attacks and a +1 bonus to avoiding surprise rounds.

Level 2. You have +1 on defense rolls against enemies you can see.

Level 3. When you are targeted to hit by a sneak attack, you may spend 2 TS (instead of the normal 3 TS to attack) to make an attack against the enemy attacking you. If you hit, the target cannot make a sneak attack against you this round.
